1. Eligibility
- a. Offer is available for new customers signing a 24-month contract during the promotional period.
- b. Customer must pass Procuret credit approval to qualify.
- c. Offer applies only to approved plans and is subject to availability.
2. Refund Structure
- a. Customer must make the monthly payments for Month 1 and Month 2 in full and on time.
- b. After each monthly payment is made, customer must raise a valid tax invoice addressed to the Company requesting refund of that month’s service fee.
- c. Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the invoice.
- d. Refunds are issued only for the first two monthly payments and only once per month.
3. Plan Pricing
- a. The monthly plan fee under this offer includes an adjusted rate to account for the refund benefit provided during the first two months.
- b. The adjusted monthly price applies for all 24 months of the contract.
4. General Conditions
- a. Customer must remain active and in good financial standing throughout the refund period.
- b. If the customer defaults, cancels, or fails to make payment, the refund for any unpaid period will not apply.
- c. Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
- d. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly approved.
